What it absolutely needs to have:
-At least Rune Gloves
-Major quests done such as:
MM, Frem, Dslayer, Lunars.

No more than 75 Defence.
No more than 60 Attack. If possible, with more than 20k xp until 61 attack.

Unimportant(stuff I dont care about):-Wealth
-Other skills
-Range/Strength/Prayer/Con Level

Bonuses(not required but would be nice):
-Piety Unlocked
-RFD above Rune Gloves
-94 Magic/Veng
-High QPs
-Perfect 60/88 tank

I can either offer paypal or swap for one of my pures depending on how good the tank is. I would appreciate if it has low-ish wealth, I don't want to pay extra cash for your geepee.

Up to 70 attack CAN be accepted but only if the defence is 70 or below AND it is VERY WELL quested. I stress the WELL QUESTED factor as being PVP-oriented quests, I don't care if it has 150qps worth of quests that unlock nothing.
