random events EXTREMELY often

since the last update from jagex, my 4 bots have been getting random events all the time, nearly everytime i check on them, 1 of them is in a random event, its just so damn regular now? or is it just me, its seriously cutting into exp/hour.

 

Probably not the only one. Jagex are trying to improve bot-detection and I'd say that's what yesterdays update was aiming towards. I dont' bot, but if I were you I'd cut down on your botting for now. If you can do it by hand, do it by hand. Otherwise, watch them closely. They've obviously been flagged.

 

Maybe they're just stuck in the randoms and it seems like they're always getting them cuz you only check now and then?

 

I've actually not gotten a random in a few days. I think they may just be checking up on your IP since you have so many running at once.

You've probably been flagged. At least in the past getting tons of random events has usually been a sign of an incoming ban.

 

Your accounts have been flagged as bots. Play legit for a few months :/

 

Or keep botting. If all of a sudden your playing time goes from 24 hrs a day to 1 hour a day, they will be suspicious.

And legit? Seriously? Why not just reduce botting time gradually.

 

Try vary it abit, dont make it obvious

Does Jagex actually flag accounts? If so do they flag IP addresses?

 

If you have 4 bots going 24/7, yeah they'll be suspicious. I'm sure they can, and do.

 

Random events happen when you gain a lot of experience. I don't think you're flagged; you're fine. Just make sure the bot gets through them and you'll be good.

 

Random Events occur on a basis of two factors, AFK time as well as the amount of experience gained.

 

Are you botting the same skill?
I have done many 99's and during the 92+ mark the randoms come very often, just work on another skill for a bit and then go back to the skill you were origionally doing.

 

Flagged... U might want to cut down on the botting a little or play some legit thats why u are getting so many randoms.

Random events come "RANDOMLY" hence the name RANDOM EVENT, I have botted 1-99 Fletching over the pass 3 weeks getting stuck in randoms constanly. (Keep in mind this is my 2nd 99 I have botted on the account, the other being Mining) and what has happened? Nothing. Your fine, everyone gets them on a regular basis nowadays just keep up your botting.

I haven't been getting a single random. Maybe it is really just bad luck.

 

I'd say your account has been flagged for botting, If I were you I'd keep botting at a steady pace or play for that amount of time legit to get them off your back.
