need help urgent pls about comps

im goin to my friends in like 30 mins to buy one of his systems

he says 300 but im pretty sure thats not right since they are dells and fairly old but i need a desktop urgently

edit: and im bringing my monitor to see if it works so deduct that off the price if u can

inb4 build your own or get a cheaper one , i cant and this is the only time i can get one for another 2 months

what OS should i be looking for?

how can i tell if i can run WoW on it without having it installed?

If its $300 i wouldn't expect too much. If it has a 2.6 ghz processor and 4gb's of ram, then i would say get it. (most needed for botting)

Also honestly get XP as the OS. Vista and 7 and resource whores.

Very good actually,138 GB is more than you need it's a good computer, 4.0 GP memory,and 17inches

Processor is a bit naff and the hard drive is a bit small but it should do the job.

If you ever get it back to your apartment, spend a few $$$ updating the processor to a 2.6 or a 3.
