Great guide, I just did this for the first time, have a few thing to add:
- Buying Death Runes will result money loss at the moment as they are crashing
- From Taverley Herblore shop you could also buy eye of newt packs (sold for 150gp, opened the items sell for 400gp)
- The guy on Karamja that gives you 40 pineapples is Dell Monti (two "l"s) got confused a bit since when i googled it, rune wiki gave me Del-Monty

Don't take this as flaming, i don't have the slightest intention to flame this awsome guide.

Few more thing:
- If you have Fairy Tale 3 done you no longer need dramen/lunar staff
- If you get approval by cutting wood then you could cut wood at Castle Wars for the Balloon aswell.

I mentioned the dramen/lunar staff changes under "Possible/suggested changes to routine"

I don't think I'll add the option to cut your own wood, though, as it saves a negligible amount of time and gp.

The farming works with almost any seed, though the good ones start with ranarr at like 32 farming.

Another thing to add :
- Farming shops aren't connected, so you can buy 4 basket packs each run giving you extra 6k
