    If so I wan't to make one and get a sticky 20% the $ I make will go to sythe.org!

    You aren't allowed to make a profit off of it. Also an admin has to approve it and I doubt they will let a new person with barely 50 posts run a lottery. Get some vouches and more active if you want to start one up.
