Resetted Levels

Mm if they resorted to level resetting, could you not just bot a money making skill for cash, then get your levels reset and just do it again, and just make a shit load xD

 

wish my levels would have been reset, my pure just got permed :/

 

I wish my levels would get reset without me getting banned. I would love to have a level 1 skiller.

Maybe JaGeX reset the levels preventing them from trying to bot the same thing. They can then check themselves to see if that person was really a botter or if they made a mistake (which they do quite often).

Thats just my guess, honestly not a clue why lol

 

I don't buy it, Jagex doesnt do level resets... I think its fake

 

it's real, there are several examples of ppl who lvld to X in their A log, and their current lvl is lower.

I know this isnt the example im rlly looking for but w/e:
look at the A-log of this guy "Geordiebean" his fishing level is 1 (look at his other stats, i doubt he never catched a fish, on the fora he claims to have had 84 fishing, probably he's also done quests that require a certain fishing lvl but i'm to lazy to check)

 

I know its your own opinion but if you check rs fourms eventually you will find another name to check up to see that their level shown is different from the update thing. I wouldn't fake this only because i really don't have any gain to faking this, nor would I have any idea how to do it lol.

As I said a few posts above, they might be testing it for a future update of some sort (possibly bot banning/checking) but I don't know for what or why.

I think its the new JAGEX technique, to reduce botters... Instead of banning they prefer reseting stats:[[

 

They reset then ban a few days later.

He could sell that account too - Look at the exp in Woodcutting. I don't think it's possible to get only 1 exp in a skill any other way than being reset, lol.
