Banning Draucia?

Why was it necessary to ban Draucia now? The leaking incident was long ago and a demotion was set forth as punishment, not a ban. He hasn't "associated" with Syed since he was coerced by him (5 months ago). I find it incredible that something so miniscule such as the SytheIRC incident can escalate into an unjust banning. He's never shown any contempt for the website, he uses Sythe for GFX. Reconsider.

No I'm not posting on the behalf of Draucia these are my own thoughts and I haven't talked to Draucia since he's been banned.

He leaked from the staff lounge and the staff voted for a demotion, not a ban. Does the community know what he leaked? Surely it's nothing of dire need. From my understanding it's something along the lines of some numbers...

Associating himself with Syed and his cronies?.. Finn, can you provide some adequate proof of this? His cronies? What cronies? People act like Syed is some almighty hacker who has scammed thousands of dollars. He's a troll, nothing more.
Considering I haven't talked to him in months, I doubt Draucia has either. As for his cronies.. Syed has no cronies?

This decision was made in haste..
No counting he shouldn't of been kicked/banned from IRC. Yes, he may of been spamming a bit, but you gave him a warning and 2 lines later banned him. Not a day either, from my understanding it was permanent until someone unbanned him.
