Ask an 18-year-old full time McDonald's worker anything

I work at McDonald's 30-50 hours/week and I know there are tons of things an average customer would like to know about what goes on behind the counter. Ask away.

 

What's the best time to go and ask for an application?

 

Who was your worst customer and what did they do?

 

A customer ordered 3 cheeseburgers and I gave him hamburgers. He came inside, threw the bag at me, and yelled "Wrong!"

First I would like to say that you do not want to work for McDonald's. We work much harder here than any other minimum wage job I can think of. If you're very desperate then the best time to ask for an application would be between 3pm and 4pm. It's just in between the lunch and dinner rushes and they're generally not too busy. DO NOT go between 12pm-2pm or 5pm-7pm as they'll probably ask you to leave. You can also apply online which is how I applied both times I've been hired at a McDonald's.

 

Are you allowed to eat the stuff that is sent back? Or have you ever ate something without anyone knowing?

 

How many burgers are delivered in every morning(if thats the case)

Whats the average sum of money your store makes in a day through stock the average etc..

Also do you go to school part time or you on a gap year?

this girl I was talkin to that worked there bitched me out because I asked her why they get so mad when I say "McChicken with no mayo but ranch instead." and then I continue with "and a McSmoothie"

 

I remember once i was across the street from a Mcdonalds, and the guy pulled up to pay and a chick, started screaming at him, couldn't really understand anything.

 

Did you ever spit in someones food? If not how many times a day do you see someone spitting in the costumers food?

 

During the monopoly game time at McDonalds, do you steal cups for the game pieces?
