My workers create the accounts on proxies to avoid chain bans as well as profiling when mass-creating accounts which makes them the original owner. I do take full responsibility for my workers. After 30 days the creation IP address can no longer be easily accessed to submit recovery requests. Nobody else has had access to the information besides me and the workers who created it.

I have recovery responsibility for 30 days after purchase. After which I do not take any recovery responsibility. We use rotating private residential proxies for account creation which means it is nearly impossible for us to reaccess these proxies. The proxies in which we build accounts are also private proxies that we cycle after each account is sold. This means they cannot be easily re-accessed to submit possible ban appeals. I will still attempt to the best of my abilities to help you if you have issues such as being locked out from a quashed ban, but I will not refund or replace accounts after 30 days of purchase if I am unable to fix it.

Unless specified accounts will not come with any gold, meaningful untradeables, or quests.

All accounts are ban/offence-free unless otherwise stated.

Accounts are checked automatically for bans before sale. Under very rare circumstances may you receive an account that has been already banned.

After receiving your list of accounts you will have 3 hours to check through them and report any bans.

Banned accounts reported within this 3-hour timeframe will be replaced, no questions asked.

Banned accounts reported outside of this timeframe will not be replaced, this includes delayed or chain bans.

(If an account is banned on the same day or before your order date, we will always replace these, assuming you can provide proof for each account, e.g. a screenshot of the ban page + a copy of each login affected).


We offer 1 month of insurance for recovery issues. If there is an issue due to a mixup on our end, we will immediately replace the entire batch of accounts that you had purchased.

Accounts are checked automatically for locks before sale. You will never receive an account that has been locked.

To minimize the chance of account locks, we recommend using a residential/ISP-quality IP address from the same country in which the account was created.

We do not provide replacements for any locked accounts under any circumstances.
