Explanation of the trade: i purchased his runelite plugin "kitty keys", after he boasted about how good his was compared to competitors, i decided to try it out, after purchasing it, i realized he was lying the whole time and it had a third of the options that the other providers offered. i decided to ask for a refund since i didnt even have the product for 10 minutes, naturally he declined throwing out abunch of ToS that obviously benefit him. i exhanged some not so nice words with him and i said "easy decompile" which many people use decompiling to check for malicious code or anything else that could harm them. which i didnt even say i was going to do anything all i stated was "easy decompile".

How they scammed: After not refunding me (which is fine, hes a one sale time of guy anyway, doesnt care about repeat customers) he decided to cancel my subscription i JUST paid for resulting in my client crashing and losing the PK set i had on my character, which was well over 300m. I asked why he did this and he said i broke his ToS.

Rule 10 states not to attempt to crack, hack or blackhat the plugin, which i did not.

i said "Easy decompile" in a discord chat which does NOT mean i even did anything malicious to his product, or anything AT ALL to his product. how does saying easy decompile warrant him taking my money and back his product. the fact he wouldnt refund me instantly after purchasing and then completely deleting my subscription without refunding me or refunding any of my lost items because of his intentional client disconnect shows his true intent here, absolutely flexing his Terms of Service, making them super vague and walking off with peoples money if you disagree with him., thats not how real life works.

IF somehow he thinks i did something to his product, and i didnt just say "easy decompile" for banter, he must feel warranted to scam me, there for he must have proof i did something to his client? which i would also like to see.

I also want to point out the time line, all of this was said and done within the first half hour ish of buying product, i doubt anyone is decompiling a runelite plugin, recompiling it with there own malicious code within 15minutes, this is clear revenge for what i said about his product.

Use bought plugin and wanted refund due to buyers remorse. After publicly trashing in my general chat (since they are entitled to their opinion like anyone is - full chat log), they decided it's good if they suggest that I'd kill myself and threatened with blackhat (decompiling paid product). They also did admit this in DMs and after posting this report, decided to also delete those DMs.

Access was revoked due to severe Terms of Service breach. Furthermore, removal of access does not cause client disconnect - you simply get popup that your subscription has ended.

i already mentioned i wanted a refund and it was okay that you didnt, i also didnt threaten anything all i said was "Easy decompile" that does not mean im going to hack into your product. nor does it warrant you taking my money and what i paid for back.

it does cause client disconnect, the subscription didnt end, you terminated it, which caused the client to be unstable.

id like to know where i said i was going to decompile it, i said it was an easy decompile, not that i was going to do it and even then decompiling DOES NOT mean that im doing anything malicious, on-top of that your assuming i know high-level reverse engineering, which i and 99 percent of the public do not know anything about.

 

last thing ill say before a mod responds, i have bought multiple subscriptions for multiple plugin makers and never had an issue,

i didnt hack his product, i didnt attempt anything, i loaded it via his guide and was playing runescape, hes trying justify taking my money and maliciously terminating my subscription because i said the word decompile, i actually even reached out to one the other users in the discord and they helped me because he wouldnt.

he claims that it just sends a pop up window stating your subscription ended and that it doesnt cause client instability, considering your JZmanager on runelite is verified through discord along with the subscription, you terminating my subscription completely removed the side kitty keys side loader while i was mid fight using your pvp scripts, when i reloaded the client kitty keys was gone, obviously the cause of my client crashing.

hes acting like he runs a super ethical business yet his job is to give people unfair advantages in a game that isnt his. i was fully prepared to use the product for the month i paid for, hence why i was using it. this is a blatant scam. in my opinion hes just trying to use Sythe as advertisement and run his own rules all together within a discord server.

 

This user Tspurvey (301123477606236162) also attempted to ban evade today, trying to regain access to the plugin. Two more banned alt accounts: 27club#7188 (1063387182649331785) and slayerjustin (1164053133949927516).
