ranging with torag?

wth does that even work i haev been watching this guy kill them i dont get it should he be wearing helm and legs but not plate?

 

The helm gives -2 ranged attack and the legs give -7 ranged attack.
The body gives -10 ranged attack.

He's screwing himself over.

Probably doesn't understand how armour bonuses work, lol.
