Fire cape on a pure (1 def, 1 attack, 1 str)

Any suggestions on how i should go about doing this?

My current stats are 64 range 12 pray 65 magic.

I can get 44 pray.

 

Get 44 pray, some sara brews and restores, and just range your way through the caves. It's been done and it's not that much harder than doing it on a main.

 

Would be my first time

Can i basically just safe spot all the monsters?

 

ye you need prayer,and you wont pass it,becouse only pro's do with low range pures There is no safe spots from jad

 

I mean throughout the waves, so i am still full on brews etc and have a shot at jad.

well yes, its possible but you can't safespot on some monsters and once they're mixed up with other monsters you'll get hit very often so consider a good hp level or something.

 

If you run north and use the jutting out rock formations to capture monsters you can get through almost all of the waves without praying.

It gets a little difficult once the 90's + 360's come out, but I think you should be able to tank it.

Bring some purple sweets incase it goes bad.
