Okay, we've all heard and seen good mods on Sythe.org, incl. Globals (the Mr.Skele), However.. I'd never think there'd be a boundary to Moderating, I guess I was wrong, you proved me wrong.

Firstly, why am i saying this? because believe it or not, others say it behind your back.. won't mention names, but its noticeable, and I have to agree.. you're taking your job way too seriously. The staff I see are a team, and I believe you should be exactly that, an equal spread of moderation, not you posting on every single dispute/report ever wrote EVER.

So what do I recommend? Taking some CHILL TIME.. when was the last time you came onto sythe, just to read and take an interest in whats posted? I bet its a pretty long time, And don't lie to yourself either, you come here to moderate, and thats what you do, okay.. you post in the spam forum, but thats hardly contributive (community wise).

I think you still need to find the balance between being a user of sythe and a moderator, I believe your time here would be alot more enjoyable if you did less work, I mean. some of the disputes your posting on have already been dealt with.

The reason im posting it here is because:
a)It avoids the other mods who'll just attempt to ridicule me by saying 'he's doing his job and you're complaining'
b)Avoids all the less community people who are posting to make them look trusted.. E.G - Every single forum section apart from the spam forum/ones without PC.
c)Because you lurk here.
