I have made a sellers account, but when I tried to verify it they have permanently suspended my account due to some suspicious activity without any further information. I have provided everything you ask for! Can you please look into it? Thanks in advance

Hello, we investigated both of your cases. Both accounts were flagged by our security system and banned. I cannot elaborate further on the exact reasons, but Eldorado reserves the right to not approve sellers if they pose a security risk to our platform. Unfortunately, I cannot help in this case.

 

My account 'obbytankacc' has been banned on Eldorado falsely and with no evidence of wrongdoing!

The buyer provided a botted tutorial island account for me to do services on. At this point I was not aware of this, within 12 hours of the service started the account was banned. After speaking with the buyer, I just cancelled the order and refunded him as I was not willing to redo the order and keep going through this. The buyer acknowledged this.

The buyer did not escalate this. Eldorado flagged the chat as it mentioned bans and bots. I was then banned for suspicious activity.

I contacted the buyer in another chat I had open with him, as the previous one had been suspended. He confirmed that the account had not been botted by me and even left positive feedback requesting for me to do the order for him once my suspension was listed. The buyer also emailed you to confirm all of this. I provided the chat reference in the email I sent to you.

I have tried joining the chat to which the chat is instantly ended and I am unable to talk to anyone.

I have sent multiple emails, where I get an initial response and to any reply I send nothing.

The buyer appealed the jagex ban for a hijacked account which was rejected by jagex. This is because the owner was the person that botted the account not the foreign IP.

I have made multiple attempts to speak to your live agents and via email to get this resolved, but am being completely ignored. On top of this I have open orders, that I am concerned if I finish I will not be paid by Eldorado given you ignore every message I send.

You have prevented me from continuning to earn and income with false accusations with no evidence to support any claims you have made.

For a trading company this is an awful way to deal with sellers.

Can this please be resolved with an unban so I can continue trading.

I recently tried to create an account on the website [eldorado.gg], but my account confirmation was declined without explanation. When I asked why, I was told that the reason could not be revealed. This seems to be common practice on this site, and I am concerned that it may be used to discriminate against certain users.

I would not recommend using this website to anyone.

Yes lets say sorry to your securty system, and what now ? you just make me feel like im I am a terrorist or a suspect, that not good if you feel me, Also you should give chance to peopel to know what reason of they being denied for? to make them repost a new info a new picture or anything else you may ask for, Anyways not going to use ur website anymore and i'll tell all of my friends to avoid ur website as well,

I would advise against anyone to use Eldorado. I bought a cracked account on Steam that was subsequently locked. The seller could not help me unlock it with basic recovery info and just accused me of cheating on the account for a STEAM COMMUNITY BAN LMAO. Eldorado sided with the seller, what a joke! My account was also deactivated because I told them I'm not accepting the resolution and would be charging back. Can't even access my old messages in which their site says that I will always be able to access them, just not buy/sell. Terrible experience, I was a small seller on there as well with a few hundred in sales.

 

To add, I did not agree to buy a cracked account. The seller said it was "his own stock account" and was not stolen. XD

i have an issue with buyer , he gave negative feedback but this is not my fail. As i know Eldorado rule not accept for this
The story:
I see he order me 15 Key Team Fortress 2 for 30$. i deliveried (have picture and Recorded).
After he (steam account in order) accepted my key. He back to eldorado chat and say "I not order, someone stolen my account"
But as a seller i see order i delivery in time guarantee. He angry on me and give me bad review when i win distuped from him
But someone hack his account is not my fail, he still do that with me
But the real story i dont think he got hacked. After he received my key, he back on eldorado chat and crying. i think he do that alot of time with other people
