I explained it on the topic. Long story short, I (actually my little brother) got in a big debt with the wrong guys. I promised that I would pay to them soon and because of that I need the money as soon as possible. If I sold it for a normal price (aka around 400$), it would take too long for me to sell it. So I need to sell it for such a low price to get the money really fast.
