Throne ban appeal..

Hello,

My account 'Throne' recently got banned for "ban evading".

This is basically what happened:

1. I got a 3 day ban for "ban evading" which was completely unfair as I've never had an account on here before (search my IP if you must).

2. I asked the moderator that banned me to show some proof or at least give me a fair reason as to why I was banned. Then that moderator put me on a permanent ban, just because I complained about being treated unfairly?

Basically here is my case:
Firstly, I believe the 3 day ban was given in error. I haven't been on the forum in about 2 months, then when I do come on I get banned for ban evading? I haven't bought/sold anything in a few months, in fact I wasn't in the marketplace for that time. I have only ever registered one account here and I don't want that account to be permanently banned :/
