I advise other users to trade this user WITH CAUTION. Refuses to go first to a staff member and claims he does not have a camera or any sort of photographic proof of game disc.

The video the op linked to came from xbox360iso.com.

The original video wasn't even uploaded on youtube but on some file hosting website. (don't remember)

The guy who uploaded that video sold the game to a xbox360iso member so it could get ripped to play on modded xbox 360 consoles.

Long story short, Treyarch ended up getting the game back before the game could get ripped.

I'm a member on xbox360iso so I would know.

 

Taking a look at his achievments, he has it modded. I can easily mod Black Ops achievments myself. Every game he owns on his games list has max gamerscore, totaling his overall gamerscore of 300k+. I don't think anyone can get that much legit.

All you have to do is look were he says "My gamertag is Harrier Strikes" and in the video the guys gamertag is something completely different. Took about 3 seconds for me to see this was a scam.

Its a Gamerscore Mod Like X3Flame Stated,
The copy of it is rare and is possible to get,
But it is Illegal if you get caught playing it.
As Machinima Leaked footage out of Black Ops,
Got Sued '3 Million Dollars' by Treyarch.
Its not worth the risk.
