Atomic was pardoned on the grounds of Phishing and Scamming - R2 was involved in that case (from what I've been told), and Atomic didn't admit to all that he was involved with in his Pardon thread. He was associated and worked with Sigex to scam other members out of millions (possibly billions) of RSGP, and apparently abusing his mod powers to gain an upper hand; things such as banning members before giving them a chance to place a report. This is all heresay though, so don't hold me to any of the details - this is just a general idea from what I've gathered.

 

I was banned for "ban evasion". Which I am not denying, when I was banned on "juvenilepunk" about two years ago I created another account which I used for about a month or so, never with the intention of harming anyone. After I sent in an appeal for juvenilepunk and I was unbanned I never used the account again. Why I was just recently banned I have no idea. The fact that people aren't banned for scamming or phishing but are for ban evasion baffles me. I believe it has something to do with gh0stsnetirc considering I and three other credible gh0stsnetirc/sythe users were all banned for "ban evasion".

Your right, I don't want to bother. I am done with Sythe, it was a great ride but now I can truly see it for what it is. I'll leave you to figure it out.

You should have requested a high pardon or something. I actually enjoyed talking with you on a few occasions. Hopefully you stay away from bad things, and I hope you don't turn into what the others are today. I was doing my job and my new mod rush caught you.
