A girl that i like is always sad, etc?

This girl that i like, alot of times is involved in drama and is sad. She says whats happening to her to me, and sometimes idk what to say.

A few examples:
"She ditched me for her"
"called me a whore"
"my dad is dieing"

Not necessarily those examples, but what things should i say? I don't want to sound like im flirting, just helping

Well then maybe you should think of it that way, I mean, think of yourself as only helping, not flirting, and imagine that she is a guy friend or something.

Be there for her, then when she's done whining she'll appreciate you being there, then you're in with a better shot of getting close with her.

 

First of all, ask yourself this. Are you ready to be taking on a responsibility of maybe having to take care of a girl thats troubled? If she has lots of problems, and is always sad you have to realize that if you become an important part in her life, shes going to tell you all of her problems, and probably want you to help her with them. Even if girls don't seem sad, tons of them haven't been raised right, been abused, or something tragic has happened in their life, and they will eventually probably open up to you. And thats something that you should be prepared for in order to take responsibility, in having a girlfriend. If thats what you're thinking. Make her feel important, and boost her self esteem as much as possible. Make her feel that shes not alone, and that you will be there for her. Sometimes actions do more then words.

Right now, she is telling me everything. Like stuff she doesn't tell her girl friends. By actions what do you mean? I don't want to be too flirty, but i'm pretty sure if i asked her out right now she'd say yes. Then again, i'd rather our friendship grow stronger before i do that.

 

Your right, wait for the friendship to easily grow stronger, but don't let her be able to say "I looked at you as my really good friend." If you're scared of that happening i'd ask her out now. By actions i mean body language, act really interested and open to what shes talking about, and act like a really good support system for her and i'm sure she will really apreciate that.

First of all, always be there for her. Show her that not everyone is a douchebag so to speak. Listen to her problems, give her advice and show her a good time.

Never ever cheat on her. This will just make you seem like a dick, make her lose trust in people and put her in a worse situation. Make her enjoy life again, be the person she wants in her life.

Give her compliments, make her feel pretty and most of all, make her smile.

Yea, i would never cheat on her, even though we aren't dating haha. I say that she's the best person ever and stuff, so i think thats a step in the right direction.
