Item is sling, and it can't be bought out, since every people can only get one at a time ( by killing monsters ). So, when you first kill cows / goblins, and happen to get a sling, why would you rush to GE and immediately sell it for 41gp?

 

Yeah sling's you wont be able to buy out, though good luck i guess.
