Not really sure about the recoveries but maybe an omm can recover the acc for you, i'll provide all account info along with the trade & I forgot I was F2p so I can't take a pic of the house but it has steel drags, demon throne, Gilded Altar and looks pretty awesome (I spent ages designing it) and it's almost maxed out atm.
