I bought 3 accounts from these people. The first account came with a ban which wasn't advertised. I asked for a refund but they said no even though its in their TOS to give refunds if the account isn't as it is. Anways I let it go as he agreed to give me 30% off on my next order. When it came to the next order he retracted what he said and said he couldn't give 30% discount as it was too much.

I was stupid enough to buy another account for him, the account was supposed to come with 360m cash. When I logged in the cash was there, we swap it other to my email and all goes well. We did this deal when I wasnt home so I didnt get to change the password. 1 hour goes by and I login again and the cash has gone missing from the bank. Someone had to know the bank pin. I message frank and say the account isn't secure someone logged in and took the gold. He agreed to refund the gold. Few days go by and he again has changed his mind not to give me the refund. The accouint is now getting password resets so its 100% not secure like he claims his accounts to be.

In conclusion they sold me an account which isn't secure. I want the GP that I paid for to be returned like he promised. It's not fair to keep making false promises after selling me wrongfully advertised accounts twice in a row.

I dont have proof of buying the first account (the one they hid the ban from) as the ticket was never sent to me. If they could provide the ticket logs you can see, they never advertised it with a ban.

For all sythe user to know what happened:

The item in question was: 360M Osrs GP missing from the account you bought and a ban not being shown on another account.

We deeply apologise once again for the non-spoken ban, we didn't make our checks correctly on that account, and the account INDEED had a ban.

For the 360M Osrs GP missing from the account:

In our TOS we mention we are not responsible for anything after the account has been given to you, you are liable to change all the account information and remove any suspicious links.

Seems the account had been linked with a steam account, thats how someone could have logged in. We cannot verify if it was linked to your steam or the OO's steam that's why we agreed on refunding the accounts original wealth of 360M.

I would like to clarify that sol's in possession of all the accounts he bought with us and we deeply appreciate all of our loyal customers that keep choosing to shop with us.
