1) I want YOU to make the account, not myself. Thus you will be the original owner.

Note - Accounts must have tutorial island completed also.

2) Payments will all be made up-front as a gift.
3) Post what skills you want leveled on the thread and receive a quote via pm.
4) ALL accounts will remain LvL 3 as long as I am training them.
5) P2P accounts are preferred.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't state if you're doing it by hand or botting? Which are you doing?

 

Good question. 99% will be botted. It depends on the skill also. Hand requests can be done but may take a very long time for me to do at this time.

Since this actually a LEGIT thingy i have some questions

how much would cost a LEVEL 3 with all non combat stats ( Dungeoneering not included ) at 70 ? and how long would it take
