Does anyone think there ever will be a dungoneering weapon with a special ?

My opinion

Honestly, I see a high chance to this.
As weapons and skills advance, they may bring in a weapon from dungoneering with a special attack!

Maybe it could be related to the strange power ?
What dungoneering do you think it will need?
And how effective would the special be in pvp ? [1 - 10]

I see this as perhaps an update FAR into the future.
I just really hope that they start putting updates in the game that ENCOURAGE high attack/high stats.

To give a hypothetical example:
____ 2 hander/Scimitar
Req:Level 90/99 Attack

I wouldn't expect some crazy +str bonus to go along with it but at least a moderate (8-10 str bonus) increase from chaotic weaponry.

 

Seems rather plausible.

Add some dds alternative or something, since the chaotics already count as brute force attack weapons.

 

If they make a dungeoneering weapon with a special, it probably won't be as overpowered as the rapier or maul, but it still will be really strong

 

I wouldn't be surprised if they added anymore bizarre weapons to the game. If they did add one, my guess would be that you'd need 90+ Dungeon for one.

They should focus more on the non combat side now.

 

If there is then it won't be a higher level weapon...like if chaotic items have a spec then it will offset the combat triangle even more. I Highly doubt there ever will.

 

nope I don't see it happening.
Just because the weapons are already overpowered as hell, plus the crossbow can use bolts that have a special effect.

The maul already hits like 80 max, what more do you want.

 

Definently. The skill is new and I can guarantee alot will be added to it. In my opinion I don't think this will be a extremely high leveled weapon. Since the chaotic weapons atm rape shit up, adding a special attack one thats better is OP. Probably going to have it so the wep its self is mediocre but the spec is amazing.

 

i dont think anytime soon because they would be way overpowered, but due to the release of korai sword (watever its called) i think it might be possible

 

this almost rules out a reason for dungeoneering to have a spec capable weapon. why not just go for the Korasai sword for now, considering it has amazing spec and decent speed/str bonus.. K sword + CLS could be a winner combo..

 

I would assume there will be. It might be apart of their "balance the combat triangle" movement. I really don't know how they are going to achieve this but I hope it works out and doesn't fail like their other updates.

 

the weapons are damn strong already, a special, in my opinion, would be too much.
