Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I re-joined the Sythe community recently, I was looking up my oldest account. This account I've manager to get into by using an old e-mail address from me. as I'm thinking of usernames wich I used prior, today I got the name ''The Sword'' wich has been an account of mine that I'd remember since today. so for entertaining purposes I was watching these post I've made on the account and I came across ''IP audit'' and I've seen there were 2 more accounts that I've created. named: TheBigDealer & Rubens Service . and to my surprise they were banned. my e-mail address got hacked: removed and I have never regained access to it, I think it has to due with that my Sythe accounts also got hacked. as of that I've seen ''my accounts'' getting banned as of today. I wanted to get this sorted, I have many questions about how and what but most of the pictures I cannot even see anymore. This have not been me.

I do think that the DNT on this account is a bit harsh since I'm the person who's coming forward with what I've seen... Im an honest person and I don't want my name to get any discredit. I want to start a business here on Sythe as a hobby. I would like to have the chance to get my oldest account back wich is
Rubens Service, Change up the name transferring my donor rank to that account and deleting all the other accounts since I do not have access to them at all. I think it will do me a favor for business since the account is from 2010.

I've also read some threads. Should Marijuana be Legal? (as I've lived my whole life here in The Netherlands, we all know weed is already legal here so why would I post something like that)

I have never used proxy's, and back then I didn't even know what it was.

seen threads, that I've been scamming/fake vouching etc etc. seeing that I have been banned before ''He's been previously banned for account interaction / self vouching (90day), this time has been served and I've requested for them to be removed from any vouch list he has.''

also I see got hacked

I see so many offenses, I would like to clear this all.
This was not me, I'm just seeing this today. I reported this instantly as of reviewing those threads.

@Pikachu I would appreciate if u remove my DNT since I am not a threat to the community, I am the one who's car got stolen and filing a report. I am not the person who is driving the stolen car as an idiot. (just an example.) I am getting punished for being honest. that's not fair.

Since I've come forward towards my findings, and I've put time and effort in this case as I plead Not Guilty. I only see the amount I ''owe'' first of all I do not owe anyone money since I have not scammed those people. I was 13 years old I should have been more careful for the internet but I was young, my rs accounts got hacked my Habbo accounts got robbed. I had everything taken from me even my e-mail wich I till this day cannot recover. I hope you understand me and that we can come to a middle ground. I also think that I DO NOT deserve the DNT since I'm filing the reports on the findings that I have made.


edit: also my founding are from 2011-2012 that is 11-12 years ago, I was a minor 13 years of age with saying that I need to pay 205$ your saying that me aged back then 13 years should have paid that fine. since you are taking those prices from back then you should punish me like I was back then 13 years old, not knowing what was happening. got cleaned my own rs account and habbo. I have lost much back then.

and would like an explanation on why I'm getting punished for telling nothing but the truth and telling you what Ive found out. As I also could have shut my mouth closed and nobody would know anything.

also read this in the rules:

• DNT is not a punishment, it is for the protection of others.

as I am not the threat to other users this title does not fit my profile.

• After ban period is served the debt becomes a civil debt just like every other legal system.

in a legal system a Minor of 13 years old would not have been punished this way and knowing that I am innocence.

• Scamming: Scamming and any suspicious behavior including attempting to scam results in a temporary ban based on the severity of the offense and a DNT.
  • This includes luring, or using Sythe as a means of finding other luring partners. However, luring done without the use of Sythe is fine.
  • This includes impersonating other members of Sythe or other sites, both on-site and off-site.
  • This includes name sniping.

I have not attempting to scam Nor will I ever scam someone, I come for justice. and I also think you have many tools to do the research that it was not me who had or was on the account the time these offenses took place.

can we come to an agreement(middle ground)? Please let me know I'm looking forward to you're reply

Thank you for explaining the situation, but I still think you do not fully understand the situation Here, I made this post as I’ve recently found out. I was not evading a ban!

as I did not knew, this situation got clear yesterday. I assume that I made another account in 2017 as I’ve returned to playing osrs and did not know the other accounts informations. And had no acces for all these time to the e-mail I have been trying to unlock for years!
