chaotic godsword

jagex has made alot of chaotic items except a chaotic godsword, do you think it will ever happen?

 

Doubt it. The current godswords are all based on "RS Gods".

 

+1. I don't think we need another crap overpowered weapon either.

Though I don't see a chaotic godsword happening, I do think there is a possibility of an Ancient godsword (for Zaros) or a Guthix godsword (idk what you would call this one).

It's not about creativity, you asked if anyone thinks they ever would.
I think definitely not, the godswords are all weapons from the god war time, there is almost 100% going to be another boss in there, it's unsure of who, and what you need to get in, there may be a chance you need dungoneering to enter, and it may drop a new hilt or something.

But in response to the OP , definitely not.

 

i could see an ancient godsword coming but guthix will never have a sword, he/she would have no reason to rage/fight against people in a godwar stateish thing
he would be more on the helping of the humans side

 

"Godsword" isn't really a type of weapon, it's pretty much a 2h named after a God.

So if anything, you'd want a Chaotic 2h. And it's not going to happen :\ Too OP

 

Also note that the maul actually has a higher strength then the godswords, making it the 2 handed chaotic weapon.
It has the same speed as a godsword too, the only thing it doesn't have is special attack.

 

Seing as there is a Zamorak God Sword and Saradomin God Sword I think Guthix's would be called Guthix God Sword.

Do you mean like the chaotic maul?

 

Normal chaotics are already making the old godswords crash a little.

If they were to make a chaotic godsword, it would kill any previously existing weapon... and I don't think Jagex is quite that stupid.

 

the possibility of a guthix or zaros godsword is more likely. plus chaotic would be wayyy to overpowerd.

 

i'd like to see a Zaros god sword, it'd look nice with a small ancient staff symbol on the hilt, a bit'a purple thrown in there and the norm. gs shape.. maybe i'd actually waste time building up my zerk and making cash to use one!

 

There won't be an Ancient godsword(Zaros) or Guthix godsword due to the fact that they wern't in the godwars. If they made anything for either zaros or guthix id figure it would be mage related but thats just my guess

well. Zamorak was technically chaotic, though he wasn't named chaotic ;P

there shouldn't just be godswords that are 2h.. they should have lesser variants that aren't like clue scroll rewards, or require high str and decent wealth along with giving massive str bonuses.. i'd like to see some low levelled god related gear, not armor etc. because we have pray robes and trimmed armors, i wana see more of the gods in-game, but i don't want it to be of high status or ridiculous pricing.. rs needs a re-balance, money = power, power = everything. ahhh well. worth a rage and a half.

 

Well thats what i ment with the chaotic thing lol...theres not a god called Chaotic even though zamorak is a chaotic god (i believe).

 

Seriously doubt it. They are trying to even out the combat triangle so making another powerful melee weapon wouldn't help them at all.
