Cool concept, she seems way to bright in the front, though.

Being as the lights look like they are behind her, you should lighten her hair more, and darken her face.

And maybe blur the bottom left side, with the splatters, a tad bit.

Love the color scheme, though


Also, try to remember the rule of thirds, if the focal is on her face, move her one direction or the other.
