Well, you were alive inside your dad and mom as like a sperm and such. But before that i would assume you were alive with whatever creature your dad and mom ate and got the nutrients and proteins and stuff that made your cells. If they made you with the nutrients that came from the steak they had last night, then you were alive as a cow
