A Green Partyhat

A while back, during June, I decided I wanted to get a partyhat. So I checked out the runescape forums and needless to say was a little shocked by the street values. So I decided from then that I would make some money both in RS, and IRL to afford a Green Partyhat. So basically I've made enough money IRL for a green partyhat ($140), and I have almost enough RS gp (360m). If I keep working I think I will reach my goal by the end of the month! But basically I made this thread so I can update my goals, get some support from the community, and maybe find a potential seller to help me out! Also as I'm somewhat new to Sythe, I'd also like to find out some important trading tips.I do use Paypal, not WU.

Glad you're close to your goal. A tip would be to get a pm on Sythe from whoever your trading with so you know they are who they say they are.

He's buying one, so the seller won't be able to charge back. Use an OMM or a trusted MM, they will ask for a small amount (usually below 10%).

Thanks, for the advice apith. I probably will use an OMM if the seller doesn't have lots of vouches/is trusthworthy. Also update: 410m now , & $160 to spend

Hey this is exactly what I'm doing. I got to 462m last week, finally enough for a Green! I've been trying all summer to save up enough. The last 22m I needed came from a Bandos Tassets drop in the partyroom. I'm searching for a seller right now. Good luck, and try the partyroom if you've got free time. Use the clan chat "Big Drops" for drop party alerts from all 4 party worlds.
