How to get so many upgrades?

I am interested in starting an upgrade business but I was wondering how do the sellers get SO many upgrades? I seriously doubt they are cards that are bought in the store or something like that so what do I have to do or how can I get a hold of a lot of upgrades?

 

Basically the seller buys from a BULK seller, that Most likely obtains the pins from *******s and has a 6 month exploit.

 

Hmm? Sorry I don't fully get what your saying? Basically they buy it in bulk from....?

 

Ross just answered it, a lot of people buy in bulk from suppliers or buy basically a number which gives you a pin when you ring it and its free.

 

So really they are breaking sythe rules by selling upgrades?

EDIT: I would give a rough estimate that 95% of all pins sold are from a line.

 

And Sythe isn't illegal which is how they want to keep it.

 

So for some one that doesn't want to break any rules there really isn't any way I can get a hold of some bulk upgrades?

 

You can still buy them from a bulk seller. But I guess you'd have to keep quiet or something if you did anything else.

 

Buy them from bulk sellers on other sites. They get them illegally. Everyone gets them from someone who got them illegally.

 

Sythe in a sense could be called illegal... runescape illegal.

 

Sythe can't technically be held responsible if members are buying upgrades offsite.
