    Disputes.

Hello, this thread was basically for the sole purpose of me voicing my opinion on how the "Disputes" section is handled. Personally, I have posted a dispute on behalf of my good friend "Cjmt905" & since then I have began to notice that there isn't much activity on that section besides Hahanerd & Firez bumping threads for people waiting for a response. "Cjmt905" has literally been wrongfully banned for over a month now and he just continues to wait it out, which, in my opinion is quite ridiculous.

Feel free to post your opinion.

P.S: I am not trying to attack or refer to anyone, it's just a concern.

You should probably contact a Global (such as Skele or even the newly promoted SMR) for assistance and they could possibly speed up the process of the dispute... and yes I saw you bumping your thread for him up but for several days no-one replied :/

I've literally PM'ed all mods with the link & all. Typically they'd just go in the thread, look at it, then leave.

Trust me, I've done that for a couple days now.

I'm limited as to how much I can help, and I'm sorry for that.

It's not your fault, you do as much as you can as it is. You should become a Global with all the activeness you incorporate to the site ^_^

    Hahanerd for global?

I total sympathize this the OP, some disputes sit in there for ages. No one seems to want to deal with the hard disputes, just the easy ban evader "Denied" responses ;)

Though, I see that the gobals are extremely busy on sythe and irl so I totally understand.

Right, you see most disputes that receive answers being those that they can simply prove that are invalid, so they just post "Denied". Yet, when it comes to legit disputes that have chances of being reverse and having someone re-join the community it's almost like if they just look at it, see that it's a difficult one and just overlook it. As for the Global's being busy, I don't mean to be disrespectful at all or anything but if you take the job as a Global I'd expect there to be some sort of work put in otherwise someone else should take on the responsibility.

I've only been a sectional for a little longer than 6 weeks, lol.

Some disputes are a little harder than others because the person who makes the dispute usually doesn't have any proof or there's sort of misunderstanding happening on both parts. Usually, it's just the person who makes the dispute harder on the mods because they don't follow the correct template.

Same here. I still don't know the entire story as I get many people who even I didn't ban asking me to look into there situations. The report a scammer section is falling behind and I'm finishing it when I go home tonight...

Hope to get a lot done later tonight and get all caught up. I try to answer all my own ban disputes in the dispute forum only because I know the whole story on each of them and then I let a global/admin make the final calls.

They just need to put yours and HHN's names in red. That would solve this in all honesty.

I find this surprising that mods would ignore your appeals, there must be some kind of reasoning behind it, try maybe contacting an admin on msn and try asking nicely:)

It would be nice to be informed of what was going on. I had no clue and had to keep pestering HHN over msn for a week.
