Lighting seems well done, except maybe try and add a little more depth?

Depth is somewhat messed up, blur the foreground (his hand).
Good job regardless though, You've improved greatly all of a sudden!

 

Ya that's really sexy besides the hand I really like the lighting and color of it all

 

I agree the lighting on his face is really good

 

Good job, the lighting is terrific! Hand sticks out a little but overall the picture is amazing.

V2 definitely helps the sigs focal but still my eye is sorta drawn to the hand I don't know why maybe a little bright there idk

 

Do you know how to blur and sharpen entire layers as opposed to just using the tools on specific areas? Creat a new layer on top of all the others, and then select "image>apply image". This will make the single layer into a exact copy of all the other layers merged in to one. Once you've done that, select "filters>blur>blur" and it will blur the ENTIRE layer - then you use a soft or hard rubber to rub away the areas that you DON'T want blurred, occasionally you should blur the layer 2-3 times more before rubbing. The same goes for sharpening, but of course select sharpen under the filters menu instead.
(I'm not in Photoshop right now, I'm doing it from memory, so some of my labeling may be off)

I hate to ask, but how is this different?

 

Using the tool makes it look very inaccurate - I could tell straight away he had used the specific tool as opposed to blurring the entire layer as it just looks unnatural.
