Dairy Challenge from jackass..

So soon I will be attempting the dairy challenge from jackass.. My friends are forcing it on me so i'm going to do it (even though I heard it is impossible without puking lol.) I come here to ask for tips.. anyone have any experience and how might I be able to pull this off?

My weight is 180 (guy).

Also, can someone tell me exactly what I have to do? I heard drink a gallon of milk (matter which kind?) in an hour.. am I aloud to piss at all?

I'm pretty sure it's drink the gallon right away, than see if you can hold it in for more than an hour, no piss, etc. LOL, that's gonna suck.

 

I'm almost positive it's over a period of like an hour.. I don't think you have to chug it. And chocolate milk is prob aloud I think it has something to do with something in the milk that your body can't handle a gallon of which will make me puke aha.

Anyways, I've never tried this (I don't like drinking plain milk), but a few years ago one of my friends chugged a whole gallon and managed to keep it down for an hour and a half. I think he was only able to do it because he drinks a LOT of milk every day.

Stomach acid does not mix well with milk. Drinking an entire gallon in an hour, or attempting to at least, is almost certainly going to make you puke. AT LEAST once.

 

So I attempted it and got over 3/4 there before I stopped. Why?.. massive diahria lol. Meh at least I didn't puke.
