From everything I've read, all I've seen is what we assume in the case, and your assumptions, but no evidence whatsoever but chat logs. Perhaps get some more valid evidence in the case to back up your wordings correctly and appropriately.

Luckily spawn pk has records of everything. Gambles, trades etc. I'll get them if pirate needs them.

@BoostedMMO If you sell an account, you hold some type of responsibility within the limits of your TOS. Though it looks like you have a somewhat private market - selling random peoples accounts for them under your name? Could you provide the screenshots/ chat logs of you explicitly telling this customer that you are not the original owner and are only acting as a MM?

I've sent you the ticket transcript above this comment in the deleted post.
By referring to "waiting for the seller to reply" means there's a 3rd party involved in the sale. More clear than that, it can't be. It we were the original owners, we wouldn't be mentioning the seller at all.

Selling an account on RSPS isn’t like selling an account on OSRS.
Methods of trading within RSPS has its different types from server to server. Everything depend on method and we try our best to keep our methods non-traceable in order to keep the sales safe and the buyer doesn’t get banned. But in this case, I apparently hold responsibility for selling an account…? We try to maintain the buyers from instantly getting banned, yet I have the responsibility for selling an account while he has no responsibility potentially losing the wealth and selling the account or giving it away. That’s how RSPS works, it’s not like OSRS saying original owner and stuff like that that OSRS requires us to do. So let me just be clear that this is RuneScape Private Server and not Oldschool RuneScape.

I'd take a moment to read the stickied threads in the RSPS account section. You are still selling something to a customer with your reputation, while it is clear in the ticket that you are gathering this account through somebody else, the buyer has made a claim that the account is no longer in his possession, in which you shall get him access back to the account. In relation to the rules, an agreement must be made before the account sale, if one is not made a default of 2 years is put into place in which you are liable to aid in recovery, unless you work something out with the customer. Just because it's a RSPS doesn't mean you should be wiped clean of any responsibilities when selling an account, if this were true it'd be the wild wild west.

And what if it happens again? And I'd expect the 4t I had on there to? The account the same when it was recovered? Spawn pk staff can confirm it was on there in two or three items and WASNT gambled.

@Pirate I don't necessarily trust it anymore. He was quick to say he couldn't help me but now he's being forced to. Is it possible to just get a refund ? If not I'll take the account back. But who's to say it won't happen again

So I have access to the account again yet my enchanted and celestial yoshi are gone. I can see in the tp the celestial yoshi was but the enchanted must have been given away. I have a spk admin on stand by to provide logs of when I transfer and it wasn't gambled or traded.

There is nothing that can be done for the 'lost' items. Thank you for retrieving the account back for the customer. Good luck to you both.

@BoostedMMO Don't forget it must be clear that you guys are not the OO, and that you have NEVER had access to the account before selling it. While the chat logs make it clear you are talking to somebody else, you are using your reputation to sell the accounts and are therefor responsible for these accounts. If a trend of recovery occurs, a twc/dnt can and will be placed
