Anything you have a chance of creating could only work purely off of speculation. Saying that, it's extremely vein to create a database of speculated botters.

I'm also assuming you aren't going to be the only person entering data in, and if it allows for end-user input you are deluding any bit of credibility the list might have had in the first place.
