how come all gold selling sites cant speak english?

i understand they're from China but why don't they hire someone who can speak english to talk to customers, its rediculous when you call to confirm an order you can't understand them and when you ask then what they just said they freak out like they said it right

a prime example is i sold a pure to a gold site, they told me they wanted to confirm my phone number, i thought ok. so i get on the phone with one of em and this is literally what they say "sir hello how is it i can help you" and it was all muffled up so i asked him to resay it and he got impatient because i didnt understand what he said.

idk just venting i guess

 

If they knew how to speak proper English they would have a better job.

Its similar to all the people in call centres, I cant understand 90 percent of what they say, so i just hang up
