Need A Tutorial On How To Make A 20 Def Initiate Pure!

Title says all, please help!
I need to know what quests!

 

Nature spirit and recruiment drive are the most important quests.

You should try to get all your defence exp up by quests. get mith defender etc, but I wouldn't recommend getting 20 def unless your rich and can use corrupt statius/vesta armours.

 

Whats the difference if you quest it or not. You'll still be the same combat level.

 

Well go and get 20 defence by training, and then realize that you want to do a quest,but it gives def exp. Now you cant do the quest because it wold raise your def lvl over 20.
