Account got locked & I cant recover??

Did you turn it into a Jagex Account? If so, you have to use the email associated with the Jagex Account and pick the specific account from there.

 

no never did. Its email is registered email as well...idk what happened...

I’m asking if you were the only one with access. If the account was accessed by someone else, then it is possible they turned the account into a Jagex Account. This means the account is no longer accessed by its creation email, but rather the email associated with the Jagex Account.

You might be using the wrong email. Double check and make sure the email is the right one. If it is an account made before 2010, then you should use the username and not the registered email.

 

It's a new account I literally created 3 days before getting hacked...

 

has your email and password been leaked in a data breach?

 

Update: Got the account back. It was hacked not sure how lol...

 

update: got 2 more accounts back, holy crap!!! even got unbanned on 2 accs.
