What are cod accounts? Call of Duty prestiges? If so, just sell a gamertag and state you have that prestige in the game, it's the same thing.

 

Just sell them where you find a space that suits it, or post it if you're trading for a Runescape account, WoW account, etc. in the misc. area.

I believe it'd fall under the console games category.
