    Does free-will actually exist?

as you say the bible states "god knows everything" , however i beleive we do have free will as god may know what will happen but there is always the slight chance of something changing the future, the slighest movemnt could mean life or death everything , every little detail is key to the next moment, thats why i beleive nothing is set in stone.. even if someone were to go to the future an see themselves, they could turn out totally different because they now know what they are going to be an are going to think or act differently.

If your discussing Free Will, it's worth reading http://exploringthemind.com/the-min...al-your-decisions-7-seconds-before-you-decide.

In short according to that reaserch (reliable or not, I heard it on the radio a while ago though so I think it is) before you make a decision, the part of the brain associated with that decision effectively "lights up" a few seconds before you consiously decide to do whatever (Explaining it poorly- read the article!).

This isnt to be confused with 'split second decisions' in which a stimulus is provided which the subject must respond to immediately.

I believe it exists, you can go jump off a cliff or go get in a fight any time you want. Rules are there so people don't do these things but you physically can do it any time you wish. (Note I am NOT suggesting you do, just saying it's possible.)
