Miners in the process of being rescued.

I read about that on Yahoo. They have been down there since August. I am surprised, with all the technology we have, it has taken us this long to rescue them. The first guy got rescued, as he was pulled through 2,000 feet or rocks and dirt. I do not personally know any of them, but I am glad they are finally getting them help.

Edit: Correction. There have been 2 miners rescued now, excuse me.

 

2/33 so far. Been watching it on the news while at work.

 

It's amazing that they survived down there for 2+ MONTHS!

I saw them rescue the first guy live.

 

33/33 done. good to see they all made it out successfully. If i were a religious man i would say thank god, but instead thank the rescue workers for standing by for 22 1/2 hours to pull them up 1 by 1.

 

their miners.. - its like, trapping a fish underwater, or dropping a bird from the sky.. they should've been able to get out in no time!!

 

How would of they decided who was getting brought up first and last etc?

 

It is kind of ironic that there job is to dig and they couldn't dig themselves out, obviosly being stuck a mile underground is a bit too much, but you know

I have read and heard tones of jokes about the miners already, they were apparently not going to get out before Christmas, but they have!

 

Idk how many people heard about the guy that got screwed over because his wife and 'girlfriend' met at his shrine.. They both went there to pray for him and were like.. Wtf?! Why are you praying for MY husband/boyfriend. It's really messed up that they put it all over the place (internet, T.V. etc.). I would hate to be trapped in a mine, and then get a message that BOTH my wife and girlfriend are done with me (not that I would ever cheat on my wife/girlfriend). ;p I'm just glad they are all out and safe, and especially before Christmas. I have no idea how their families must feel.

 

From the interviews I read, the mistress seems like a piece of work.

 

Yeah, she's definitely a one-of-a-kind girl.
