Requesting a High Pardon

Let's take this story from the top.

Background information
Back in '07, Magic Arrow was banned for accrual of infractions. Then I logged into an account named 2 kool 4 ur skool (which was my name pre-hack). Anyway, somebody permanently banned both accounts. I didn't understand what evasion was back then, so the staff decided to unban both accounts after the temporary ban on Magic had set off, then I'd be given a TWC. I got impatient, so I made a third account, The360, I was then banned permanently. I posted a farewell on my first account, the one I made before Magic Arrow, bak 2 get rid of scammers or something like that. Anyway, I talked to SMI, and back then he said that if I proved myself, I'd be unbanned because I'd never scammed and I obviously enjoyed Sythe, on the condition I didn't evade again. So anyway, after a few months, I get unbanned after I got mod on a now defunct website called Rs2cheating. That's all cool.

What I am requesting a pardon for
In between SMI promising an unban, and getting unbanned, I made an account named Heart. I used it to advertise I believe. I am requesting a pardon because I broke the condition of my unban. Please keep in mind this all happened over three years ago.

How have I changed?
Back then, I'll be honest, I didn't really understand Sythe. I didn't understand what half the rules were for. I was immature. I evaded a fourth time knowing I'd be permanently ban if it happened. This was over three years ago. Since then, I've obtained over 300 vouches, none of which are fake. I've completed an official middleman application, and am half-way through my second one. I've been a very active User Educator. I have over 40 staff vouches. I own and run the second largest upgrade store on Sythe. This is compared to back then when I could barely put two sentences together. I've changed, and I enjoy being a Sythe member. I consider myself a senior member among the user base. I've spent over three years on this account, I don't want it ruined over a decision I made in twenty minutes three years back.

I apologize, firstly to SMI, for lying to him. This is what I feel guilty about the most. The fact that I lied to a guy who was only trying to help me. And secondly, to the Sythe staff who have to deal with this bullshit now. I really am sorry for what I did. I regret ever making "Heart". Please consider that I confessed to this.
