    Fat people *READ FRIST*

    1. FRUIT
    2. VEGETABLES
    3. PROTEIN
    4. WEIGHTLIFTING
    5. CARDIO

    Extras:

    1. Calling yourself "thick" is no excuse for being a fatty.

    2. You don't have to get skinny, but if you find yourself feeling "hot all the time" in cool places, smelling like sausage and/or finding that LARGE shirts are TIGHT on you in the stomach area...that is a sign to lose weight.

    3. Save the money you would spend on ONE DAY at McDonald's in exchange for a ONE YEAR subscription to Muscle & Fitness magazine

    4. Load your plate with healthy low calorie foods instead of ice cream and chips.

    5. You need to add weight training to your workout, don't just do 15 minutes of cardio and say "whew, I just worked out!"

    6. Read food labels, trans fat is the enemy. Keep fast food to a minimum. Just because its called the McGrilled Chicken, doesn't make it "healthy".

    7. Just because a fatty like Queen Latifah can pull a dude like Common in "Just Wright" doesn't mean it's gonna happen like that for you! That was a movie aka FICTION!

    I'M NOT SAYING I'M BETTER THAN ANYONE...I'M JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU!
