From Pigbow himself: Pigbow has requested a ban, for a false alarm dispute he made on paypal, jumping to conclusions. The dispute can not be canceled, and is waiting on the money to refund. He should be unbanned in 7-10 days, and, please take into consideration, he was not banned for scamming, he just wanted a quick and easy thing, not a whole report a scammer issue. Thanks.
