Malware warning on index page.

I think this is the second or third time someones posted about this =O wonder whats causing it.

 

If I were you, I'd PM Sythe.

 

What i found on different forums, is some images that go to that site sometimes cause it.. Even though its just an image.. Happens quite often :/

 

It is because a website which is hosting an add on Sythe appear malitious, no worries

but it will taint the sites reputation

 

It's not the sythe itself that's infected with malware. It's the advertisements. If you click on it there's a chance of getting infected with virus.

 

Then why have them advertising here?

 

I'm assuming Sythe uses Adbrite ads, and they display random ads. I'm sure if Sythe emails them, they'll remove it.

 

No worries, like everytime this is displayed a website does not have anything really malitious.

 

Hmm, I've never had this happen. Just be sire to PM Sythe about it.

 

That's happened to me once. I didn't really think anything of it, and thought it was because I typed the wrong thing in the address bar, but who knows. I'd PM Sythe about it.

 

I have PMed Sythe, He replied saying he has forwarded it to Adbrite, dealt with.
