need zzerker quest list

I need a zerker quest list please up to date.

 

Dragon Slayer
Heroes
Nature Spirit
Between a Rock...
Defender of Varrock
What Lies Below
Fremminik Trials

Those are quests you have to do, they won't get you to exactly 45 def, but should get you to at least 40 or so. They are necesarry to get barrows gloves, hand cannon, new prayers, and dagon hai robes as well as veng and fremminik equips.

 

you also need:
shilo village
family crest
waterfall
and underground pass
for barrows gloves

on quote with alexisawesomes post, i recommend staying 40 defence for that moment, and taking a solid look into the most recent grand master quests, to see if any of them give def exp, as you really should consider getting the korasi blade, great for pvp apparently.

 

Yeah, I've heard great things about the Korasai blade.

 

the korasai blade as a nice spec and i also heard it never misses which would be a plus

Plus a shit ton more of quests for 176 QP. As a side note, make sure you NEVER EVER EVER EVER train defense in combat, since there will always be new quests out, etc. I also try and avoid doing the "unnecessary defense quests" (for example, Blood Pact is an easy 1 QP, but it gives 100 def and isn't a req for any quest.).
