Requesting a Permanent Ban, until I pay someone.

Well around 5 - 8 days ago, I sold an account of mine, but it was not 100% safe, so I had to buy it back.

Yesterday, I realized it got hacked, and jumped to conclusions and immediately filed a dispute on Paypal.

It turned out it wasn't this person, and he now has a negative balance.

I tried cancelling it, but it says this action is not valid.

So, I'm requesting a Permanent Ban, until I get the disputed money, and refund him that way. ( 7 - 10 days .)
