Na I think Tyro is just trying to figure out if this is a legitimate complaint that holds some weight or just another frame as is typical with trusted members. Tyro won't just blow it over I imagine.

Since chatlogs are not valid proof, snappie is out of luck (even tho James confirmed that the recovery test was accepted).

From what I read in that thread, unless R2 admitted that the recoveries worked, which he won't, there isn't enough proof.

 

Well there have been some cases where chat logs have been accepted. These cases are usually when they're a lot of picture of the logs.

 

Just about everyone who posted on here believes R2Pleasent should refund.
To top that off, Pen even thinks he should.
There really isn't much more needed.

 

Guys, let's just clear this up:

1) Snappie admitted he bought the account on Sythe.org from an Estonian Original Owner he did not know IRL.

2) The Estonian provided him with insufficient information to recover the account.

3) There is absolutely NO proof that James even stole the account.

4) My involvement in the trade was limited to the fact that I was creating a joint account shop with James at the time.

Snappie even agrees, he has absolutely no proof that it was James who stole the account back. It could have been recovered by at least two people who owned it prior to him, who are MUCH LESS TRUSTWORTHY than James/myself. Honestly, who does he think he is buying some acct off a random guy on Sythe and trying to resell it to me anyways? He was trying to flip a quick dollar and SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SELLING AN ACCOUNT HE BOUGHT OFF A RANDOM PERSON AS A SAFE ACCOUNT. This case is closed.
