WTF is wrong with our world?

That's why I don't really consider myself as having a specific religion. It's not that I don't believe in any of them, it's that any one of them has a possibility of being right as nobody can really 'prove' where everything came from. Books, scrolls, etc etc don't prove a thing as the majority were made by people and ofc people(life in general) wasn't/weren't always here.

Keeping that in mind, how can you say that something a vast majority of people perceive as wrong "is" wrong?

 

First of all you can't answer that question. People see time as a linear notion. One second after another. Whereas God has no beginning and no end. He created the universe and everything in it . He is beyond the chart. In the beginning there was God. Also time is something that exists with matter. God created matter and therefor created time, which means he has no beggining .
On the second part of that God clearly Says in genesis that it's not good for man to be alone and then he made him a "helper" (eve)

 

So in the beginning, there was just god, then suddenly we were here.

That isn't too different from an atheist perspective where you said believing we came from nothing is ridiculous. You dont have any physical evidence of god so how can you say that you're right and we're wrong. That's just being stubborn.

 

Time was created by humans, not god.

 

Not to down anyone's religion on purpose but I also don't get why everyone says it is a "He". Imo, if there is a "God", they would be genderless.

Well if someone is going to make a topic like this one, they should already know what kind of posts will show up on the thread. The topic basically comes down to what people perceive as right or wrong, so of course people are going to start getting 'religious'.

Maybe it'd be better for it to just get locked.

 

Of course it's going to turn into a religious debate if someone plays the reiligion card as their defence for being prejudice against another ones lifestyle.

You still haven't answered my question. Why do you worry about someone else's life when it has absolutely no negative affect towards you? Does it keep you from worshiping God? Why are you worrying about it when you should let God take care of anything that occurs in the world?

 

Because it's gross. And no it doesn't effect me. But it's not right. Plain and simple.
And I'm not worried about it. Gods gunna deal with us all in the end. That's not why I made this thread to prove Gods values or reasons, I simply think it's wrong on many levels.

Ok seriously, there a tons of things that many people disagree with, that doesn't give you the right to deliberately attack someone and insist that they should disown what they feel is right. I prefer a well prepared steak over a hamburger, that doesn't mean I have the right to go off the deep end and launch an anti burger king campaign.
