n4th is a scammer (Revised with proof)

N4th scammed me 10 USD (7 Euro)
I was to pay 10 USD upfront and then he'd give me the key and then I would give him another 10 USD.

First Proof.

This is no virus or anything just the xml logfile from msn. ( This shows our conversation)

Second Proof:

I added him with another msn account and as soon as I told him he had scammed me , he blocked me.

Third Proof:
THis proof requires some thinking.
I send him 10 USD and then he did not send me the key, therefor I did not send him the other 10 USD that I would send afterwards. I can proof it by a paypal screenshot. http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/9388/paypalp.png (This shows my paypal where there is only a transaction of 10 USD)
Now that shows that I only send him 10 USd, and if that was so why is he not saying I am a scammer? cause clearly I only payed him 10 USD.
I would like to see N4TH send a picture of his paypal that I had send him 20 USD, cause clearly he cant...

Fourth:
I contacted Blizzard and they will much likely confirm that the key n4th has sent me (n4th if you would be so kind to post the key here as it isnt useful anyways), is a key that never had a copy of sc2 registered to it.
I will post this evidence as I recieve it.
